As a Florida licensed Real Estate Agent, I have worked full time in the Fort Myers/Lee County area for over two decades. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Florida Realtors® & locally, The Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association.
I specialize as a Buyer’s Agent and Relocation Specialist concentrating in Residential Real Estate in Lee County. Additionally, I am a local area Listing Agent. I actively work on various committees within the Real Estate Community and volunteer in the community for the American Cancer Society & Harry Chapin Food Bank. My focus is on continuing education and knowledge of the local Real Estate market which has helped contribute to my success. I am a 2017 graduate of the Leadership Lee program with the Southwest Chamber of Commerce. I have received many awards during my career including 2011 Humanitarian of the Year at the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers & the Beach® and 2016 Realtor® of The Year at The Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association®. In 2019 I was honored as Mentor of the Year from the local Network of Women's Council of REALTORS®. In 2020 I was honored with the REALTOR® Heart Award from NextHome Advisor office for community service. I am a 2004 Graduate of Star Power’s Buyers University achieving the designation of “Buyer Specialization.” I hold the National Association of Realtor's ABR® (Accredited Buyers Representative®), The CRS® (Certified Residential Specialist), the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®) & GREEN designations as well as the certifications of Resort & Second Home Property Specialist, Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Smart Home & "At Home with Diversity."
